i was browsing thru my latest posts and noted that they have been very self-indulgent and negative. hence, today's post is all about HAPPIE stuff ! so the top 6 reasons why ah jan is happie are.... 1. ah jan is happie cause it's a windy day so her room is not like a sauna 2. ah jan is happie cause it's gonna be merdeka weekend and she's headed home this friday night ! 3. ah jan is happie cause an auditee called her after work today and lectured her for 20 minutes today, questioning her audit ability ("in my 20 years in the company, no auditor has asked for such and such a document... are you new to the company ? i can tell... what kind of audit are you doing ? why are you looking at my documents...") yet ah jan layan-ed her for the entire 20 minutes without raising my voice (even my colleagues came over to see who i was talking to.. cause she was asking wayy too many questions). one of my manager friends whose cubicle is metres away commended me for being so patient.. am glad i didn't lose my temper.. =) 4. ah jan is happie coz she's meeting her bestie tomorrow for dinner ~ and had ayam penyet in sunway mentari for lunch (yummyyy...) and had zen last night... and had kfc for lunch yday... and had banana cafe for saturday's lunch... (ignoring all the calories which are piling on me) 5. ah jan is happie even though she spent wayyy too much money this month coz she managed to meet up with her cousins many many times plus her KL relatives and her parents and her besties and got early birthday pressies for her mum, dad and aunt (WHY LA.. must my mum's, dad's, aunt's, and jccy's birthdays be in september ?) 6. two of ah jan's friends said that she is fun to be around (me likey likey !) =p in spite of all the negative and sad moments, i would like to remind myself of these 5 happie reasons to brighten my day ~ ah jan |
